- 2 chicken breasts (or chicken burgers)
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 carrots
- soy sauce
- mixed herbs
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- 1 cup of basmati rice

Preparation
Step 1
heat the oil in pre heated frying pan then add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Step 2
add all the vegetables in the pan with some soy sauce and mixed herbs and stir fry for a further 5 minutes or until cooked.
Step 3
serve with boiled basmati rice. et voila!!
