Soak chicken in a bowl for 15+ minutes
Remove water and cut excess fat.
In a seperate bowl add chopped onion, garlic and BBQ sauce, as well as seasoning which can be done before and after.
Mix chicken with sauce and leave in the fridge with cling film for a couple of hours.
Remove from fridge and place in the oven on gas mark 5 for 45 minutes until cooked.
