Chicken Curry and Canneloni bake

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
Step 2
In a pan, melt a knob of butter, fry the chopped shallots a few minutes then add the chicken breasts cut into cubes. Leave to brown. Add cream, 3 teaspoons of curry powder, salt, pepper and ground almonds.
Step 3
Stuff the cannelonis with the chicken curry mixture, arrange in a baking dish.
Step 4
In a saucepan melt a piece of butter, add flour and milk. Stir constantly until you get a thick béchamel white sauce. Season with salt, pepper and 3 teaspoons of curry.
Step 5
Cover the cannelloni with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
