Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into small cubes (you can leave the skin on or cut it off) and wash the potatoes and tomatoes.
Step 2
After washing potatoes, put a saucepan on the hob and place around two tablespoons of oil into the saucepan, put in the mustard seeds and let it simmer until they start popping.
Step 3
After the mustard seeds start to pop, place the washed potatoes into the sauce pan, and tomatoes and mix.
Step 4
After add the spices together and mix. Place around a cup full of water into the saucepan and let it come to boil.
Step 5
(Optional) add coriander to the curry for garnish and serve.
