- 4 egg
- 1/2 soured cream
- 20 dkg sausage/hot dog
- Optional:
- - broccoli
- - red onion
- - california pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the potato and egg. Cut it up to circular slices.
Step 2
Lay it in a cassarole or roasting pan:
- bacon/oil/butter in the bottom
- potato slices
- sausage slices
- egg slices
- soured cream
- potato slices
- sausage slices
- egg slices
- soured cream
- potato and soured cream, sprinkle a bit of paprika and salt
- bacon (optional)
Step 3
Put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
You can add other vegetables to the dish: red onion, broccoli, california peppers. Best before the last layers potato and soured cream.
