Step 1
Cut the potatoes into round slices. Put them into a pan and add the garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Add the nutmeg and milk. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Butter the bottom of the oven pan and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, place them in the dish.
Step 3
