Mini potato gratins with Chaource cheese

- 150g Chaource cheese
- 30cl low fat single cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into thin slices. Rub the mini-casserole dishes with the garlic clove. Make a first layer of potatoes. Lightly salt and pepper. Place thin slices of Chaource. Cover with a second layer of potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Finish with a rosette of potato slices after adding a last layer of Chaource. Salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place a small last piece of Chaource in the centre. Divide 20cl (2/3rds) of the cream in the four mini-casseroles. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 ° C without lids. Pour in the remaining 10cl of cream in the 4 dishes and bake for another 15 minutes.
