Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 15g butter
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 egg
- water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix in plain flour, salt, sugar, butter, condensed milk and egg. Add water slowly and knead into a smooth non-sticky dough.
Step 2
Roll the dough into cylinder and cut into 6 equal parts.
Step 3
Rub the dough ball with oi. Wrap and let them rest in the fridge for a day.
Step 4
Press the dough ball flat using your fingers. Stretch the dough as big as possible.
Step 5
Fold the dough into a squarish shape.
Step 6
Pan-fry over medium fire until golden brown.
