Prawns on toast

  • 150 g prawns
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 cm ginger
  • diced
  • 1 egg white
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Spread onto 6 slices of bread, after cutting off the crusts. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cut into triangles. Fry quickly in a pan for 10 seconds starting with the spreaded side first.
Place them onto to kitchen roll to remove any oil and serve with a spicy or sweet and sour dip.
