Step 1
Roll out a puff pastry and top with mustard.
Step 2
Add the anchovies and grated cheese. Close the pastry by rolling it into a cylinder. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Bake the entire cylinder or cut first into strips, at 180° for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve as bite size appetisers!
