Indulge in this deviously devine rich chocolate cake
- For the Cake:
- 225g Plain Flour Sifted
- 350g Caster Sugar
- 85g Cocoa Powder Sifted
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1,5 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 2 eggs Beaten
- 250ml milk
- 125ml Vegetable oil
- 250ml Boiling water
- For the Butter Cream:
- 50g butter
- 100g chopped dark chocolate
- 200g Icing sugar sifted

- 180 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 50 g caster sugar
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 150 g dark soft brown sugar
- 397 g can of condensed milk
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 135 g Maltesers

I LOVE quiche but I don't love how fatty and unhealthy they can be
- 3 baking potatoes
- 4 medium eggs
- 150 ml skimmed milk or any non-dairy liquid substitute (be careful of anything with too strong a flavour as it can be too strong)
- 2 cups grated low fat cheese (you can also use a non-dairy version of this - I did and it came out the same as regular cheese!)
