  • 100g Butter
  • 350g Self-Raising Flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2tbsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 200ml Milk
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 55g Light Brown Sugar
  • 2tbsp Sugar
  • 15g Butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease 20cm round cake tin.

Step 2

Place sugar, salt, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Place the egg yolks, butter and milk in a separate bowl. Combine together to form a soft dough.
Roll out

Step 3

Spread with filling:
Mix ingredients together.

Step 4

Roll up llike a swiss roll to form a log. Cut. Pack into tin.

Step 5

Bake until golden brown (30-35 mins) Drizzle icing
