  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tbsp. of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. of flour

Step 1

Mix thrоugh the cottage cheese with sugar, add vanilla, egg and flour. You can moisten hands with water or vegetable oil to prevent dough from sticking to your hands.

Step 2

Form little pancakes from mass of dough, roll it in flour.

Step 3

Prepared cheesecakes saute over medium heat from both sides.
