  • 1 small carrot
  • 50g SR Flour
  • 50g Castorsugar
  • 25g Marg
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

set oven to 180C (Fan assisted)

Step 2

Peel and grate carrot

Step 3

Put all other ingredients in bowl

Step 4

Mix well until soft

Step 5

Stir in grated carrot - mix well

Step 6

Spoon into paper cases

Step 7

Bake for 10-15mins until they speing back when touched.

Step 8

Allow to cool on a baking tray

Can decorate with cream cheese icing.
