  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced ​​including the green (or 3 spring onions)
  • ½ tsp fresh green pepper, finely crushed
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ to 1 egg depending on the size
  • For breading:
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg, beaten & salted
  • To fry:
  • neutral cooking oil, about 2 tbsp

Step 1
