Soya Korma ( Soya Nuggets in Curry)

A healthy alternative for the vegetarian community, Soya products are hot favourites
- 250gm Soya nuggets (Washed and soaked)
- 1 pc Big Potato (diced to medium pieces)
- 1 pc Tomato (big)
- 2 or 3 Green Chillies (dependent on required hotness)
- 1 tablespoons of Ginger Paste
- 3-4 tablespoons of Oil : Sunflower oil
- Spices:
- Red Chilli: 1 whole
- Cummin Whole(Jeera): 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon (Darchini): 1/4 of a stick
- Cardamom (Elaichi): 3 small one
- Clove (Labongo/laung): 3
- Garam Masala: ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder (Jeera): 1/2 table-spoon
- Turmeric powder (Halud/Haldi): 1 tea-spoon
- Water
- Salt to Taste

- 200gm Coconut: Freshly Grated /Desiccated
- 1 pc Tomato (big)
- 2 or 3 Green Chillies (dependent on required hotness)
- 1 tablespoons of Ginger Paste (optional)
- 3-4 tablespoons of Oil : Sunflower oil
- Spices:
- Cummin Whole(Jeera): 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon (Darchini): 1/4 of a stick

Mix the meat with all the ingredients, except those reserved for the breadcrumbs, mixing well with your hands
- 450 g of beef burgers (or minced beef)
- ½ grated onion (large holes)
- ¼ grated carrot (small holes)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced including the green (or 3 spring onions)
- ½ tsp fresh green pepper, finely crushed
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ to 1 egg depending on the size
- For breading:
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 egg, beaten & salted
- To fry:
- neutral cooking oil, about 2 tbsp
