Delicious chicken curry that doesn't take all day to make but still tastes great!
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 green chilli - deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh root ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- 750g chicken - in pieces (Roughly 3 chicken breasts or so)
- 200ml creme fraiche
- 300g chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander
Soya Korma ( Soya Nuggets in Curry)

- 250gm Soya nuggets (Washed and soaked)
- 1 pc Big Potato (diced to medium pieces)
- 1 pc Tomato (big)
- 2 or 3 Green Chillies (dependent on required hotness)
- 1 tablespoons of Ginger Paste
- 3-4 tablespoons of Oil : Sunflower oil
- Spices:

RED THAI CHICKEN CURRY
