- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce

- 1 tsp sweet soy sauce (or a pinch of sugar)
- half tsp white pepper powder
- For frying:
- 2 portions dried beehoon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small shallots, thinly sliced
- half cup beansprouts
- quarter cup carrot, julienned
Easy Cheesy Mac

Macaroni Cheese with bacon, leek and sweetcorn to brighten things up!
- 450g Macaroni
- 60g Butter
- 8tbsp plain flour
- 770ml milk
- 135g Cheddar cheese (grated - or half and half Cheddar and Smoked Applewood)
- 1tsp mustard powder
- 1/2tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 50g Parmesan
- Breadcrumbs
- Add other items to taste - we like bacon, sweetcorn and leek to add flavour and colour
Easy Jambalaya

Heat oil in a pan; add the onion and celery and gently fry until onion is soft and golden

- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 2 heaped tbs of corn flour
- 2 tbs of gluten free soya sauce
- 1 tin of tinned pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
- pinch of salt
- pack of pork loin chops - stripped of fat and cut into thin strips
- 1 green pepper - thinly sliced
