Preparation
Step 1
cook the potatoes in the oven (gas mark 5) for 60 mins, (or until you feel they are ready , depent on size of potatoes) ,
once cooked leave to cool down
Step 2
when cooled, cut the potatoes in half , and then scoop the soft insides into a bowl. leaving the skins to one side
Step 3
add the ham, cheese (leave somefor toppings) butter and splash of milk to the potatoe and mix together
Step 4
once mixed scoop the mixture back into the empty skins and sprinkle some grated cheese on top
Step 5
pop the skins back into the oven for 10-15 mins and thats it!. i usually serve with chicken breast, sasuages or hotdogs
try different mxitures, chicken and sweetcorn, ham and mushroom, are also good too, but you could try whatever you wanted that you think would go well.
