- 1 Can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped.
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Cilantro or Corriander, to taste.
- 1 Lime, juiced.

Drain the apricots
- 1 tin halved apricots
- 1 tin tuna
- mayonnaise

Melt the butter in a pan, melt the onions in the butter and add the carrots

Preheat the grill. Put the lamb mince into a mixing bowl
- 1 x small pot of natural yoghurt
- 3 x tsp of ready made mint sauce
- 1 x small pack of lamb mince

- A couple of mint leaves
- A sprig of rosemary
