Fancy rocket salad with figs and parmesan shavings

Wash and dry the rocket. Wash the figs, remove the stems and cut into quarters. Dry fry the nuts then chop coarsely. Make the parmesan shavings with a knife or a vegetable peeler.
Make the vinaigrette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Put the rocket in a bowl and season with the dressing and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with figs, the nuts and the parmesan.
