Lemon & Garlic Salmon

  • 4 large potatoes
  • Mixed salad bag
  • Cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • Rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Chop potatoes and boil

Step 2

Line a baking tray with tin foil and place salmon fillets. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice, add crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper

Step 3

Add rosemary and seasoning to potatoes, roast with salmon in oven at 200* for 20 mins

Step 4

Chop cucumber and mixed salad

Step 5

Serve!
