Step 1
Cook the potatoes with the skin in a large pot of boiling water. Once cooked, peel the potatoes. Mash, using a blender (or a potato masher) and mix with the garlic clove.
Step 2
Put the mash in a saucepan over very low heat. Stir in the butter, milk and cream, stirring well. Salt and pepper. Add the grated Tomme cheese, gradually, mixing after each addition and stretching the preparation so the cheese is evenly mixed into the mash. Serve immediately, hot, with a seasoned green salad.
