Preparation
Step 1
Clean the whole chicken.
Step 2
Slice the ginger and garlic. Put them underneath and on top of the chicken.
Step 3
Pour some sesame oil and shao xing wine on top of the chicken.
Step 4
Let it steam for 20 min.
Step 5
Remove the ginger and garlic. Transfer the remaining sauce into a bowl.
Step 6
Chop the chicken.
Step 7
Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and serve.
