Drowning Chicken Roast

  • 2 medium tomatoes

Step 1

Wash and clean chicken, and then put a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry both sides of the chicken until golden brown.

Step 2

While frying the chicken preheat the oven to gas mark 6 and start peeling the onions, sweet potatoes and carrots.

Step 3

Once the chicken has browned all over put it in an oven dish and put it in the middle of the oven and continue peeling the vegetables

Step 4

Once you have peeled all the vegetables, cut everything into cubes including the tomatoes and place them in the oven dish with the chicken and cover the entire dish with foil

Step 5

cook for 1.30min to 2 hours and serve hot
