Chicken Mango Curry by CBM

Ingredients
- 1/2 Mango
- 4 Chicken Fillets
- 3 Peppers (Mixed Colours)
- 1 Cooking Apple
- 250 grams Mango Chutney
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tub Creme Fraiche
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 pint of chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Fry Chicken fillets and onion lightly (remove from heat)
Step 2
Chop all ingredients add to chicken
Step 3
Mix mango chutney and creme fraich, then add 3 spices with chicken stock
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 180.
Step 5
Serve with rice & green salad
This curry is even nicer when you prepare one day and leave to marinade over night and cook the following day
