Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Step 2
Mix the flour, 2 tsp of the Garlic & Herb Shake & Flavour and the chicken breasts in a large bowl. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Step 3
Place the egg into another bowl and whisk well.
Step 4
Place the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
Step 5
Place the coated chicken in with the eggs. Make sure they are well coated.
Step 6
Using a fork, lift the chicken out of the eggs, 1 or 2 pieces at a time, and place into the breadcrumbs. Coat well, remove and place onto a baking tray.
Step 7
Once all the chicken pieces are coated, pour over the oil, turning a few times to help coat the chicken evenly.
Step 8
Place in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
Step 9
Ensure the chicken is cooked through and piping hot. Sprinkle with the remaining Garlic & Herb Shake & Flavour and serve.
