  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 25ml of oil

Preparation

Step 1

Slice ciabatta in the middle and toast for 2 mins each.

Step 2

Mix the oil, oregano and lemon juice in a flat bottomed plate.

Step 3

Place the toasted ciabattas flat side down into the dressing and let them soak the juices.

Serve flat side up so the dressing can soak all the way through
