Preparation

Step 1

Before you start the recipe, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Put 4 eggs in a bowl and add a glass and a half of sugar.

Step 3

Beat with a whisk until light and fluffy.

Add half a cup of sunflower oil and half a cup of milk and stir lightly.

Add a little vanilla essense and about a tablespoon and a half of coffee.

Add a glass of cocoa powder (chocolate milk, Nesquick will also do) and a cup and a half of flour... Sift it to make it more fluffy.

Add a packet of yeast and stir vigorously until the mix is well combined.

In pan spread, a little oil or butter. Also, add a little flour for all the mould so it does not stick.

Put it in the oven about 45-60 minutes.

Step 4

When the cake ready, take it out to cool. Then with a sharp knife cut it in half and let it cool down a bit more.

To make the ganache put the butter and cream in a saucepan and wait until it boils.

When it begins to boil remove it from the fire and add the chopped chocolate bar and remove from the heat and cover.

Add a little of the ganache and spread with a spatula.
Cover with the top and leave to cool.

When this cold add ganache on the sides of the cake with a spatula to make it easier to paste kit-kat bars.

Place kit-kat bars all around the cake.
You can add a ribbon and bow for extra asthetics.

Add the remaining chocolate over the cake.

To make the decoration pigs, use Pink fondnt for the body and fuchsia for the ears, mouth, and details.
Add them to the chocolate and let cool.

LET'S EAT!
