- 1 tsp baking soda
- 150g dried pineapple cubes
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 150g brown sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Step 2
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl. Beat the eggs with the melted butter and gradually add to the mixture. Add the coconut milk and mix well.
Step 3
Add the pineapple and pour into a loaf tin.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes and remove from the tin after cooling.
