- 4 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 15 tablespoon oat flakes
- 5 tablespoon sucralose
- 170g natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- pineapple base
- 1 cup of pineapple slices
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoon sucralose

Step 1
Beat the egg whites and the add the other ingredients and mix with a fouet and add the baking powder.
Step 2
mix the ingredients for the base in a saucepan and take it to the hob until it is golden
Step 3
place the base in a baking tray and cover with the cake mix and take it to the oven
