Nectarine & plum cake

Ingredients
- 20 plums
- 3 nectarines
- 200 g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g of caster sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs + 2 yolks
- 45 g of butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- For the cream
- 80 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
- Make a lemon tea (or other) and dip the stoned plums into the tea.
- Beat the eggs + yolks with the sugar, milk and melted butter, start mixing; then add the flour, baking powder and salt. The dough should be smooth.
- Cut 2 nectarines into small cubes and the other into slices. Stir in the diced nectarines and plums into the mixture. Pour this mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin and then place the slices of nectarine on top. Place in a hot oven at 180 ° C
Step 2
- Prepare the cream:
Melt the butter, stir in the vanilla sugar and egg. After 20 minutes of baking, pour the cream over the cake and then bake for 30 minutes.
- Wait a few moments before removing from the tin.
