- 3 large eggs (160 g)
- 120 g of cane sugar (blond)
- 60 g pure white flour (French T45)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash the plums and remove the stones, put them in a saucepan over low heat with sugar and cinnamon for 3 minutes, then set aside.
Melt the butter in a microwave. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Pour the egg mixture into the butter-sugar, add salt, flour and yeast and mix well.
Pour the batter into cake tins and spread some fruit compote into each cake.
Bake about 15 to 18 mins.
