  • Icing Sugar, 400g
  • Oil of Peppermint
  • Whites of 2 medium eggs.

Step 1

Froth the egg white with a fork.
Add this to the icing sugar bit by bit.

Step 2

Add a few drops of peppermint oil, until the mixture just holds together.

Step 3

Using your hand, mix this to a stiff paste. If it seems too dry, add a few drops of water. Sprinkle the chopping board with icing sugar and then put the paste on to the board roll out to right size for your fondants.

Step 4

Using a cutter make shapes and leave on the board to harden estimated time for this to happen is about 1 day, cover to keep safe from flies.
