Chilli Crab Linguine with Vodka

Quick and easy mid week supper meal
- 175 g (12 oz) dried linguine
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 tbls vodka (optional)
- 170g can white crab meat, drained
- 2 tbls chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper

Corned Beef Pie

- 1 tin corned beef (large)
- 1 onion
- 1 tblsp oil
- 1 tin baked beans
- 1 tin tomatoes
- 3 baking potatoes
- 2 oz butter

- Ingredients
- Serves: 4
- 350ml soured cream
- 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 125ml milk
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 900g cooked small pasta shells
- 175g fresh broccoli florets
- 2 (185g) tins tuna, drained and flaked
- 75g chopped red pepper
- 50g sliced spring onions

Beef Olives

Take each steak, cut off any excess fat around the edge and give it a bash with a meat mallet
- 1 thin slice of steak per person
- 1 sausage with the skin removed per person/steak
- Beef stock cube dissolved in 450ml of boiling water

- Cocktail sticks or cooking string to hold the ‘olives’ together

- 150g of pasta (I use pasta twist)
- 2x jars of bolognaise sauce
- 2x tins of tuna flakes
- 1 tin of sweetcorn.
- two jars of water (using the empty bolognaise jars fill them up with water and give them a shake this adds the right amount of water for your pasta to cook)
- 50 grated cheese (I use mild cheddar)
- 2 packets of ready salted crisps (Optional but kids love it)
- a bag of mixed salad any will do for garnish.
