A really quick and easy chicken dish and a great way to use up your left over Brie.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100g brie
- 1 large glass white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with plenty of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and reduce the sauce for about 5 mins in a small saucepan and serve.
