  • 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 125ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 900g cooked small pasta shells
  • 175g fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 (185g) tins tuna, drained and flaked
  • 75g chopped red pepper
  • 50g sliced spring onions

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the first seven ingredients and stir until smooth

Step 2

Stir in the pasta, broccoli, tuna, red pepper and onions.

Step 3

transfer to a greased 2 ltr. baking dish. Cover and bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
