Cut all veg into large chunks and add to the stew pan

  • For Stew:
  • 750g Any Meat (steak, chicken, lamb)
  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 Leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Parsnips
  • 1 Small Swede
  • 4-5 Potatoes (peeled and cut into quarters)
  • 3 Pints of Water
  • Gravy Granules
  • For Dumplings: (makes 6 large or 8 medium)
  • 8oz Flour (any)
  • 4oz Atora Suet
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • Drop of Water for texture
