  • 3 eggs
  • 90g milk
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150g diced ham
  • 15 confit tomatoes
  • 150g freshly grated cheese (comté for example for more flavour)

Cut the baguette into slices approx 1 cm thick and spread each slice with a little Philadelphia

  • 1 x pack of Serrano ham
  • 2 x tomatoes
  • 3 x tbsp of chive Philadelphia
