  • 1 large banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup of oats

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Step 2

In a large bowl combine the mashed banana with the oats until smooth. (Add any additions if using.)

Step 3

Place tablespoons of mixture onto a baking tray and flatten a bit with a fork. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.

Optional additions; half a cup of raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips or chopped nuts, a tsp of vanilla essence or a tbsp of peanut butter or nutella
