  • 4 Beaten Egg Yolks
  • 2 Cans (14 oz) of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Key Lime juice (or lime)
  • Lime zest
  • 2 Prepared Graham Cracker Crusts

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Beat egg yolks and condensed milk.

Step 3

Zest limes, add zest and key lime juice to mixture and mix.

Step 4

Pour mixture evenly between graham cracker crusts.

Step 5

Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for an hour.


You can add lime zest to whipped cream and use for topping.
