- 250g Plain Flour
- 175 Butter
- 75 Caster Sugar
- Granulated Sugar to dust

Rub butter and flour together into fine breadcrumbs.
Knead into smooth sough, roll into sausage and chill for one hour in the fridge.
Lightly roll-out, cut into required shapes and place on baking tray.
Sprinkle top with granulated sugar.
Cook for 30 minutes at 170°C until pale and golden.
