- 75g / 3oz butter
- 25g / 1oz demerara sugar
- 397g / 14oz tin of condensed milk
- 2 or 3 bananas (sliced)
- 300ml / 1/2pt double / whipping cream (whipped)
- Grated chocolate / a Flake

- 100g of grated mature cheddar.
- half red or white onion diced.
- 1 packet of ready made pastry.
- 1 packet of instant mash mix made up with a little butter(can use frozen mash mix too just heat it up first as normal)
- a little milk to brush on top of pie
- a little flour to dust the work surface for rolling pastry

- 5 large potatoes, peeled and diced into 2.5cm squares
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 200ml lamb stock

- 1 cube chicken stock
