the perfect filling and warm soup for a foggy day is the chickpea and tomato soup with cinnamon
- - 1 medium onion
- - 3 tbsp olive oil
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 120 g red chickpea
- - 1/2 can of tomatoes
- - 1 tsp ground coriander
- - 1 tsp cinnamon
- - 1 l chicken stock
- - salt and pepper
- - sprinkle of dried chilli

In a large bowl, whisk together the sherry vinegar with the olive oil, horseradish and caster sugar
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar

- 1 red kuri squash (or butternut), seeds removed and cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon of harissa paste (I use La Phare du Cap Bon paste, but there are plenty of other brands available, or have go at making yourself!)
