- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic
Add to tin of chick peas (drained)
Blend with a hand blender or in a food processor, adding a couple of tablespoons of oil to blend
stir in the spices
Shape the mixture into meatball sized balls
Shallow fry in oil for 5-10 minutes turning to ensure an even cook
