Ingredients

  • 400g oats
  • 340g peanut butter
  • 250ml coconut cream
  • 150g Chocolate flavour whey protein

Preparation

Step 1

Open the can of coconut cream and empty into a mixing bowl. Whisk until it becomes creamy

Step 2

Add chocolate whey protein and whisk until smooth

Step 3

Add the peanut butter and whisk again until the mixture is smooth

Step 4

Add the oats and then mix all together until mixed well

Step 5

Place mixture into a grased dish and flatten down using hands

Step 6

Place in the Freezer for 2 hours (120Minutes)

Step 7

Avaialble to eat whenever you need it.. It would be suggested to slice up before it is placed in the freezer

Step 8

Enjoy!

Cut the slices before you place the dish in freezer
