Tasty shortbread init.
- 175g (6 oz) Plain Flour
- 125g (4 oz) Butter
- 50g (2 oz) Caster Sugar

Set oven to Gas Mark 3.
Mix Flour and Sugar in a large bowl.
Rub Butter into Flour mixture to make tiny crumbs.
Squeeze them together to make a doughy type thing.
Decorate the edge by pressing with fingers.
Prick the middle with a fork and sprinkle with Sugar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven until pale golden.
Leave to cool, then cut and eat.
