- 100 g of bacon, chopped into small squares
- 1/4 red pepper
- 1/4 carrots
- 1/2 chopped spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped finely
- 10/12 large eggs
- salt & pepper to taste

- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Marigold bouillon powder or Knorr Aromat powder or salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (chilli powder)
- 80g strong cheddar cheese coarsely grated
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 190ml milk
- 2 or 3 Tbsp coarsely grated parmesan cheese
