Pearmains Muffins

- - 200 g wheat flour
- - 100 g wholewheat flour
- - 1/2 tsp baking soda
- - 1/2 tsp baking powder
- - 2 eggs
- - 250 g sugar
- - 70 g melted butter
- - 400 g pearmains
- - 2 tbsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
preheat the oven to 180*C
Step 2
clean and peel the apples. hollow seminal clusters out and cut them into small pieces. add 2 tbsp of sugar and put on the pan. fry them until they start to fall apart. cool them down.
Step 3
mix thoroughly all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ones in the other.
Step 4
put apples into wet ingredients, mix and pour that mixture into dry ingredients. mix all together quickly until the mixture is combinated.
Step 5
spoon the pulp into the muffin form.
Step 6
lay very thin slices on the top of each muffin and bake for 25-30 min.
you can add chopped peanuts and sprinkle on top of each muffin before baking.
