Pre-heat the oven to Gas mark 4/180'C.
Place the muffin cases into the muffin tin.
Sieve and mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Mix together all the wet ingredients into a jug.
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in the flavourings.
Divide the mixture equally into the cases.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven, until golden brown.
Allow to cool.
